We had an issue finding our airline when being dropped off as it was combined with another airline. The driver got out of our vehicle and asked people where it was. He also took time to get us a luggage trolley. Great service!

The hotel was good overall. The gym and pool were very good. The rooms are fine but lack good work area and storage. The breakfast is good not great, service was very slow on cooked to order items. The worst thing is they gave my checked in suitcase to another guest and we are still trying to recover ...
