高級感、ショッピングモール隣接

ムンバイ滞在最終日にホテルでゆっくりくつろいでモールで買い物したいので、移動の手間を考えなくてすむこちらのホテルを使うことにしました。ムンバイで高級感を味わうにはこのくらいの値段はしょうがないのかな、と一般旅行者のお財布ではちょっと辛かったですが、思った以上に高級感があって夢のような1日でした。バトラーさんが挨拶に来てくれたり、自分も英語が流暢なら、もっとワガママリクエストできたかなーなんて思います。このときは数時間のレイトチェックアウトにも無料で応じてくれたので必要な方はリクエストしてみて下さい。朝食は数日滞在してもっと色々食べたかったな、と思います。マンゴースムージーが美味しかったです。

ムンバイで一番の高級モール隣接で便利！安定のセントレジス！

このホテルは名前が２度変わって現在セントレジスになったそうです。ムンバイの最高級ホテルの一角に入るのかな？とても快適でした。朝食のブッフェ（食べたのはサンデーブランチ）はレストランも美しく食事も美味しく素晴らしかったですし、利用したアジア料理レストラン「バイザメコン」ももれなく美味しかったです。３６階のバイザメコンからの景色は高層ビル群が綺麗に見え、ハッジアリー廟も見え、素晴らしいものでした。宿泊した１５階は隣接する深夜もやってるフットサル場がよく見えて、ちょっと雰囲気が下がります。ホテルメインの入口の裏口方面はドローカルのエリアで、散歩には向きません。

セキュリティーがしっかりしているホテルです。フロントは９Fにあり、客室会にはカードキーがないとエレベーターに乗れません。警備員も適切に配置されておりました。

Excellent service. Comfortable rooms. Can recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Akansha from the Butler service and Chef Nitesh were exceptional. Concierge service was high quality.

The greatest hotel in mumbai

Absolutely out of this world this hotel is a superb choice for anyone coming to Mumbai for a stay our group has been looked after so well the staff and management cannot do enough to help you and make you comfortable while you are here really really would come back here in fact I don’t think there is anywhere else I would stay while in Mumbai it really is that good will definitely return to the St Regis

As usually the best in Mumbai

I wrote an email asking for interconnecting rooms as we were traveling with my 2 year old son. Upon check in they did not have an interconnecting room. For my inconvenience I was given a free room upgrade plus free breakfast. I would like to thank the front office staff for the great customer care rendered to me. A special thanks to the life guards at the pool who organized my son a floater. The hotel has kept its clean environment, great service and amazing breakfast. The location is the best of all.

The customer service was excellent in terms of staff, helpfulness, courteous and quick to resolve issues you may have The hotel is modern in a private gated area and has beautiful decorated bedrooms. Food was beautiful as it catered for all cultures.

We stayed in a king double room with three people. All amenities are prepared just for two. I asked the hotel to bring an extra amenity, and they brought many towels, slippers, and water bottles. The people was nice, service was great, but was a little bit too much :)

Fantastic luxury hotel, amazing service *****

Loved staying at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable, staff went beyond expectations with a particular shout out to Dhanraj :) Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai. Breakfast is outstanding and location is good for close by restaurants and bars we wanted to go to and also not too far from main tourist spots.
