Pleasant stay but some things should be improved
-House keeping - overall services are ok. But a cleaner drop the gabbage on the floor.. once.. so they should be more carefull about -Food - overall services and taste are fine but it may be overprice if all taxes and services charges are included. -Transportations - when I used a car for city tour, the driver took me to several souvinenor shops which I am not intersted in at all. this attitudes would be not professional enough..

便利で快適
高額ルピー札廃止騒動のただ中、渡印しました。空港お迎えが含まれていたので、両替の列に並ばずにホテルにたどり着けました。 そういうランクだったのか、お部屋でチェックイン。室内には十分なお水、アメニティ、エスプレッソマシン、アイロン等々揃っていて、ほんと快適。ブッフェ式朝食も込みで、いろんな種類のおいしいお料理がたくさん。 近くのATMで引き出した2000ルピー札を崩してもらって、助かりました。(通常は外貨両替もしているそうですが、混乱中でしたので中止してました) 皆さん適度にフレンドリーで、押しつけがましさもなく、偉そうでもなく(高いホテルにありがちでよね)、全く不満なしです。こんな経験は人生初めてかも。

I found tiny bugs on the wall when I was plugging the dryer in the outlet....somebody's hair was tangled in the dryer's wire! So much dust was found on every corner! I immediately called the service desk and they upgraded my room to a suite. I appreciate their apologies and compensation but this hotel needs a lot of improvement.....

Very nice hotel to stay in BKC.
Service, breakfast, spa, everything was good! They prepared leaf tea and tea pot in the in-room tea set, that's nice hospitality. But it takes time to make up the next cup and tea bags are better for me to be honest.

Breakfast Good, lunch below average, dinner excellent. Angled Rooms not a good idea. Service average. Outside food not allowed.if you are 3 persons in one room, you get 2 beds, third person sleeps in a couch. Not yet fully 5 star.

It was an enjoyable stay but felt the standards could have been raised easily but having more staff able during meal service and also the cleanliness of the rooms increased. Great range of food being offered, but the prices for drinks were exceptionally high!

Great hotel
Very nice hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my requests. I didn’t even realize a meal was included in my package so that was a nice bonus. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. They gave us plenty of water. Would stay here again!
