空港近くの良いホテル！　但し、2019年9月現在、工事のため不便な面があり注意が必要

　ムンバイの空港からも近く、また、某日系の航空会社のキャビンアテンドの宿泊先にもなっていることからも明らかなとおり、建物はさほど新しくはありませんが、清潔感のある、サービスのよいホテルだと思います。　ただし、2019年9月20日現在、ホテル内の一部を改装中で、若干工事の騒音が気になるような方には向かないかもしれません。また、上記同日現在、ロビーフロアのレストラン・喫茶部分が工事で閉店しており、ロビーフロアのバーで朝食が提供されているなどの不便な面もありますので、ご注意ください。　当ホテルの前には歩いて行けるヒルトンもレストランがいくつかありますし、IWCマリオットのロビーフロアのレストランのビュッフェはランチチャイムにはお勧めです。

I send E-mail and phone to the reservation center about pick up service at Airport. But communication between hotel and reservation center is very bad. So I could not receive enough service. I was very disappointed it. I think I use this hotel or not .

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

チェックイン時に、私の予約が２つ同時に入っており、支払い済みとのこと。間違いではないかと繰り返し問い合わせても、一切EXPEDIAに聞いてくれとのこと。サポートセンターに電話しても、ホテルに確認するから電話を切らずに待って欲しいと、約１０分以上待たされた。結果、状況は分からず。再度ホテルのマネジャーに聞いたら、１件はキャンセルしたとのこと。支払済み（と言われた）重複分の払い戻しがあるのであればどう確認したら良いか聞いても、EXPEDIAに聞いて欲しいとのことで、不親切。どうも、同ホテルのセンター（デリー）が誤ったｍのではないかと思われます。

空港近くでＣＡさんにも会える、食事に期待しなければ、快適なホテルです！

このホテルは、近隣にある他のホテルに比べて新しいホテルではありませんが、清潔感はありそれなりに快適なホテルだと思います。　空港の近くにあるためか、日系や他の国の航空会社のスタッフの方も宿泊なさっています。バーでは、（曜日は時間によっては）キーボードやボーカルの方、２名による演奏もあり、楽しめます。　唯一難点といえるのが、食事の関係で、１階のメインホールにあるビュッフェ対応のレストランとアフガニスタン料理のレストランがあり、悪くはないのですが、数日の滞在に耐えられるようなバラエティーはないように思います。　食事に関しては、近くにあるマリオットホテルのレストランの利用を検討することをお勧めします。なお、ＩＴＣ　ＭＡＲＡＴＨＡの前にヒルトンやグランドハイアットもありますが、食事についていえば、同程度であり、お勧めできるレストランではありませんが、徒歩で移動できますので、気分転換には良いかもしれません。

空港近くのホテル

空港から5分の距離にあるホテル。他の口コミにもあるように、無料送迎がなく、250ルピーかかる (ドライバーは荷物があるからと言って270ルピーを要求してきたが、ホテルの従業員が250だと言っていたこと、手持ちがないことを伝えたらあっさり引き下がった。言いなりに払わない方がいい)。朝食は美味しかったが、確かに頼んだはずのコーヒーは最後までサーブされず、空いているカップが見えていても聞きにも来なかった。レストラン以外のサービスは特に問題なかったが、今回の旅行で利用した他の2つのホテルと比較して、いろいろ残念な印象。

残念。

とにかく清潔感なしでした。トイレやテレビ画面には指紋べたべた、ハンガーには埃、カーペットにはいたるところにシミ。朝ごはんで頼んだパンケーキのソースにが虫が数匹… インドだから仕方ないのでしょうが。

レストランの対応が悪く、客を待たせる傾向にある。部屋については、綿棒がない。韓国製のピンセットが置いてあったが、使い道がない。エレベータのカードキーセンサーの感度が悪く、またドアの閉まりも遅い、たまにボタンを押しても反応しないなど、エレベーターの整備点検が行き届いていない印象。

Rude Customer Service (specially at the Concierge desk Mr. Nilgiri), despite of 3rd person's accommodation was paid through Expedia they did not provided sleeping bed, on top that asking for more money at the check-in counter. Secondly, this place is crowded by the local people hosting their parties in hotels banquets hall making extra chaotic. Not the place of peace. Rooms are average.

The property was pretty decent, but our room was very moldy. Upon entry in our room we smelled mold and for the two days that we were there we did not have enough towels even though we asked multiple times and there was a damp scent that lingered in the room. The bathroom door didn’t close properly so there was always water on the floor even though we tried our best to keep it dry. I will say the buffet is excellent and the servers at the restaurant Peshawar were very friendly.

Property was very dirty and poorly maintained, more like a 2 star place. Staff scammed us with a taxi deal saying there were no other options. Don’t stay here.

Beautiful airport area hotel

The hotel is located next to the airport. I got a quiet corner room, and requested a late check out. They let me stay until 3pm. My room was very spacious and elegant, the bed and pillow were comfortable and the blackouts were great, no light came in.

Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel close to the airport. Fantastic food and facilities. Staff however at the restaurant were slow and had to be reminded of orders which was frustrating.

The stay was good. However if we were told about the new year parties, we would have booked one. There was nothing available at the last minute. Infact I did search online earlier and couldn’t find anything. So it will be great if such kind of events are publicised on the website.
