バスタブと領収書

ホテル自体はよかったが、バスタブのお湯が流れずゆっくりシャワーできなかったのが残念。また領収書について、ホテルから発行するのではなくエクスペディアから送られてくるとの一点張りで未だに困っている。

うーん

出張で滞在(6泊)。翌朝早かったので22時過ぎに就寝。ドアノブに起こさないで下さいの札を出してないのが悪いのか、23時前に呼び鈴。デオドラントパウダーどうぞと、サービスマン…正直、イラッとしました。掛け布団も気候のせいなのか湿ってるし。値段の割に…という感じです。プライベートでは泊まることはないでしょう。

　出張で利用しました。　インドに来る機会が多いのですが、このホテルは落ち着いて泊まれました。　サービスが行き届いており、ホテルマンの不快になる言動や対応はありませんでした。　また部屋も大きく、外のクラクションの音も全く聞こえずゆっくり休めました。　（インドでは車はクラクションを鳴らしながら走る。ウインカーと勘違いをしているのかと思うほど）　おすすめです。

施設だけでなく、スタッフが非常にすばらしいホテルです。日本人でも安心して過ごせます。インドを感じられる素敵なホテルだと思います。ただ、レストランをもう少し違うバリエーションあると助かります。

IHTC Grand sentrslホテル

従業員の方達の対応が大変よく、ベッドと枕の質が良いため、ぐっすり眠れました。プライバシーも保たれし、いうことなしです。ただ、周辺には何もないのでホテルでの食事となりました。でもまた泊まりたいなぁと思うホテルです。

For the price we paid, the rooms were very small, and the quality breakfast experience at a 5 star hotel, I felt, was lacking. Beds were comfortable, and the location was good. However when staying in Mumbai, I much rather recommend Nariman Point and along the ocean front stay. However, unfortunately, you will not find a Mariott hotel in that area.

5 star luxury in off-centre location

Inevitably, perhaps, our stay at the Grand Central was fantastic. This was our only 5 star hotel stay in our 3-weeks in India so we don’t have anything to compare it with, but its splendour, comfort and quality shone through in every detail. We opted for the Executive Club Exclusive because it has the window seat which made for a fabulous spot to relax. We had the breakfast which, though primarily Indian fare, catered for all tastes. Uber is so good in Mumbai that to us it wasn’t that important which neighbourhood we stayed in, but Parel isn’t the loveliest of locales.

This is my opinion and based on my stay here at the itc grand central. Although it’s stated that this is a 5star hotel I would put it at 3 to 3.5 stars only. From the minute we entered the room everything seem dated and set in the 80’s. Unfortunately we had to make quite a few complaints through out our stay for things that would be avoided for a 5star rating.

The Grand Central place to stay.

Our stay was amazing and very satisfying. The rooms were spacious and clean. All amenities in place. Good wifi. Great food. Quick check in and check out. Good location very central.
