The ac was not working at all even after trusted the issue was not resolved . I have been to this hotel in 19 or 20 march but the same ac was not working in other room also. The recent stay also had issue with the fan which was not working to its full speed either. Overall a bad experience this time

Pathetic hotel and pathetic service
The whole staff was reactive...the hotel cleanliness was not good...Everything was too be requested...The hotel rooms shown and the suite shown is not available at the hotel..The executive and suite rooms for a family of 4 is not available as confirmed by the hotel staff...
Mosquitoes are many and the service is not good..
Had to request towels on daily basis as it was not given during room cleaining
Tissues papers in the washroom and hotel room was not added unless requested..
Water was not refilled
Car parking is an issue
**Same breakfast was served except for poha and paratha's were given on alternate days..Milk and toasted breads are not available...Tea Cups in the restaurant was not available as there were customers who had asked for tea in their rooms - (feedback from staff)
Idli was sour as it seemed it had been kept for a very long time..
Worst experience.
WIFI connection was not given to other family members who had booked mutliple rooms. It was given to me only when asked..Wifi connections not available in the hotel room, but only available at the reception area.
