Breakfast menu was okay but food was very subpar and hotel was unclean/dirty. If you erroneously saw their kitchen you will never eat there.

Awful Service
The hotel looks amazing from outside but
Inside the service is bad. Rooms are quite squashed. Lack of cleanliness. Breakfast food was not warm. We were 2 guests in a room but the room service used to keep one towel in the bathroom. We had to ring up everyday to ask for another towel, Napkins and Toilet mats. The extra mattress supplied to us was so hard that it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.

Vishal restaurant manager is abusive
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your restaurant manager, Vishal. As a VIP Expedia Platinum Member staying for 7 days at your hotel, I had an unpleasant experience that significantly affected my stay.
Mr. Vishal was abusive in his tone, not just toward me but also his own staff. His lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. Since the incident, I avoided breakfast for most of my stay. This morning, I gave it another chance but found him seated on his phone, not welcoming guests, nor asking for room numbers—a clear disregard for guest service.
I strongly urge the management to take appropriate action, as such behavior is unacceptable in a hospitality setting and reflects poorly on the Seagate brand.

Over all not a good experience to say the least

Cats in the hotel ( 3 rd floor ? )
A lot of mosquitos
Bad bad WiFi that disconnects all the time and speed is terrible
Very old furniture ( like from the 60s and not in a good way…)
Can not bring in people after 22:00 to visit you ??????
