こじんまりとした快適なホテル
ムンバイ中心部は部屋代が高いし渋滞がひどい。よって空港からほど近いBandra地区のこのホテルに泊まることにした。部屋数の少ない小さなホテルだが、しっかりカフェとレストランがあり、宿泊客以外のお客さんが大勢やってくる人気スポットとなっていた。たしかにカフェもレストランもおいしかった。レストランは夜の遅い時間はバンドが入るみたいだった。 部屋はおおむね満足できた。ベッドはしっかりした寝心地のいいものだった。強いて難点をあげるなら、机が狭く仕事には向かないこととバスルームが狭いこと。特にバスルームはインドによくあるシャワーと便器が一体化して、かつシャワーブースにはドアもカーテンもないスタイル。これだとシャワーのあと、バスルーム中がびしょびしょになってしまい、使い勝手が悪くなる。狭いのは仕方ないとしても、やはりシャワーブースにはドアかカーテンがほしい。 それ以外は満足できた。近隣にはおしゃれな飲食店があり、少しだけ足を伸ばすとシーフードレストランもある。リーズナブルな料金で泊まることのできる優れたホテルです。

Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. The hotel is impeccably clean, stylish and tastefully decorated. It was also convenient for me, located between the airport and central Mumbai.

The staff were incredibly helpful- I would say above and beyond. There are a lot of young people and it gives the place a very upbeat vibe. The cafe attached is also great to be able to work or just chill- especially great because I had work to do and then was catching a flight. I would highly recommend to friends in the US where I am from if visiting Mumbai.

Very dirty place
It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.

All staff were really helpful, approachable and attentive to our needs. They helped to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can’t remember the names of all the staff, but a big thanks to Din Dayal and his team and the kitchen and security staff. The location was perfect as well as it is very close to all the shops and services we needed. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to come back someday.

Nice hotel with good security. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us. Two restaurants with excellent food and different menus. The hotel is set back from a busy road which is noisy but you soon get used to that. Shops in Bandra are within walking distance or easy to get to by tuctuc.

I found the hotel to be adequate, but unfortunately lacking in several areas. My room did not have a proper closet to hang up clothing. While the room size was good, and the AC worked great, the bathroom and shower was wholly inadequate. Hot water wasn’t working adequately. Restaurant food was ok, but not great and I found a bit overpriced. What I have found to be most upsetting though is that I was promised a refund within ten days when I had to check out early, and here I am 30 days later still waiting for my refund. I find this completely unacceptable from an establishment such as this and truly unprofessional. When I call to inquire about my refund, I simply get the same answer — that it will be issued in 7 to 10 days. Only to call back in 10 days to be told it will be issued in 7 to 10 days. Difficult to recommend this hotel unfortunately.

En blandad upplevelese, om än främst positiv. Vi anlände till hotellet långt innan incheckning, men fick ändå checka in tidigare utan kostnad, vilket vi var väldigt tacksamma för efter en lång flygning. Rummet som låg på sjätte våningen var stort om än slitet. Även om receptionen osv ser modern ut är inte rummen renoverade. Annars var rummet bra, jättebra dusch, vatten, te/kaffe och allt annan en kan begära fanns. Däremot var städningen dålig. Det var rejält skitigt under sängen exempelvis. Förvånande dåligt. Bra Wi-Fi och AC. Frukosten var jättebra med massor av alternativ. Personalen var trevlig om än något avståndstagande. De hjälpte till med de frågor vi hade. En sen kväll gick strömmen och det började blinka i rummet. Störigt när en precis hade somnat, och det löste sig ganska snabbt, men det hör inte till vanligheterna på ett hotell. Det verkade som att det hade gått en säkring, det var alltså inte ett större strömavbrott. Vi hade som sagt ett rum på sjätte våningen och på våningen över finns en restaurang/bar. Där spelas det musik, och under lördagskvällen natten var det väldigt högt. Det gjorde det mycket svårt att sova utan öronproppar. Det här var inget personalen informerade om, och drar nästan ned betyget till tre stjärnor. Det är svårt att förstå hur hotellet tänker här. Området där hotellet ligger är trevligt med mängder av bra restauranger. Det är dock rätt långt ned till de större sevärdheterna i Mumbai.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bloom Boutique Bandra. It sounded / looked small online, but to know there are 54 rooms, a functioning restaurant, and a banquet hall came as quite a surprise. We were glad to be able to book one of the 6 suites, and it was quite an experience. Everything from the service staff, reception area, room cleanliness, food at the restaurant and overall ambience was top notch. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a 'good hotel' in the vicinity of Bandra in Mumbai. Recommend you to check prices on their own site, and a few other travel sites, since we found better prices at some places over others. Look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future. Full Marks to them.

A great stay with a great hotel team to match
Hotel stay was really comfortable. Exceptional hotel staff, who were all really helpful and did everything they could to help. This included the front lobby security. Room was great and bed was super comfortable. Cleaned every day to a good standard. I would stay again. Convenient location in Mumbai.
