Come and enjoy the charms of our beautiful Alsace by staying in a charming chalet in the heart of nature, completely independent, in the heart of a private domain of more than one hectare. In the valley of Munster, so close to Colmar, between forests and meadows, embellished with a perennial natural source, you reside in a chalet made of granite and wood, with a privileged panorama.
You will appreciate the beauty of the landscapes and the tranquility of the mountains, an ideal setting for recharging your batteries.
Our chalet has 3 bedrooms, one of which is for children with 2 bunk beds. The 2 bathrooms allow you to enjoy the benefits of spring water, a sweetness particularly appreciated after a sauna session.
The kitchen has full equipment (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 coffeemakers including Nespresso, food processor, raclette and fondue equipment, various dishes and wine glasses).

Chalet idéalement situé proche des sites de randonnées. Propre bien équipé même si un placard réservé pour le rangement des courses serait bienvenue.En période de mi saison printemps automne en fonction des prévisions météo prévoir la mise en route du chauffage . La chaudière et le compteur électrique situés au rdc du chalet sont non accessibles et nécessitent l'intervention d'un tiers dont les coordonnées ne sont pas spécifiés.

Prachtig uitzicht en ook heerlijk apart gedeelte in stukje bos naast het chalet met barbecue waar het heerlijk toeven was omdat het zo heet was.Er was alleen geen sauna en tweede slaapkamer zoals wel in de beschrijving stond. Dat was een bedbank in de woonkamer waar we op hebben geslapen omdat het tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer erg hard is. Verder is het pad naar het huisje heel erg hobbelig dus daar moet je wel even op voorbereid zijn. Maar ondanks dat prima verblijf gehad!

Magnifique séjour à la Toussaint

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours au chalet pendant les congés de Toussaint. Nous avons adoré le séjour malgré le mauvais temps. Le chalet est spacieux, tres bien chauffé, confortable et sans aucun voisin ni vis-a-vis. L’accès est facile et l’hôte très aimable. Parfait pour vous si vous aimez la tranquillité. Les couleurs et la forêt sont magnifiques dans cette région en cette saison. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les balades autour du petit Ballon. Munster est aussi une jolie petite ville. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht richtig mitgespielt hat: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen Chalet. Die Landschaft drum herum ist großartig, Wandern, Kochen, Spielen und Sauna sowie der wunderschöne Blick aus dem Fenster haben die Laune gerettet. Sehr idyllisch

Die kleine Berghuette liegt ausgesprochen idyllisch und ruhig. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen, alles in der Nähe. Im Haus mit seiner sehr schönen Veranda ist alles Notwendige vorhanden, das Haus zeugt von einer liebevollen Pflege. Eine Besonderheit ist das Quellwasser vom Brunnen. Wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen dort, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Insegsamt sehr netter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Der nächste Ort ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen (300 Höhenmeterdifferenz). In der Nähe des Hauses beginnen mehrere Wanderwege. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit der Familie sehr genossen. Der untere Bereich des Hauses war auch an Tagen mit großer Hitze angenehm kühl. Der Brunnen neben dem Haus war ein schöner Spielbereich für Kinder. Unter den Bäumen gab es viel Schatten. Leider gab es keine Polster für die Gartenliegen. Die Kücheneinrichtung könnte in Teilen erneuert werden. Die Angaben zur Größe des Grundstücks sind missverständlich. Große Teile des Grundstücks bestehen aus Weide mit kniehohem Gras, welches wir aufgrund der steilen Lage nicht betreten haben.

Abzocke um doppelt Reinigungsgebühren einzunehmen für eine feuchte muffigen Hütte

Die Lage und Aussicht sind wirklich sehr gut. Da die Wohnung sich über 2 Etagen - nicht unterkellert., erstreckt, ist es im Parterre ein wenig feucht. Da es im Schlafzimmer keinen Kleiderschrank o.ä. gibt, mußte ich meine Kleidung im Koffer belassen. Obwohl sich diese 1 Woche hierin befand, bekam ich den muffigen und leicht modrigen Geruch trotz Lüftgens im Freien nicht aus der Wäsche - und mußte auch die unbenutzte Kleidung waschen. Bei Bezug war das Haus "besenrein" - Kühlschrank mußten wir aber dringend aus - und das Geschirr abwaschen, ehe wir unsere Nahrungsmittel hier mit in Berührung brachten. Bei Abreise haben wir das Haus in einem sauberen Zustand verlassen als wir es vorfanden. Zu unserer riesigen Überraschung erhielten wir 2 Wochen nach unserer Abreise diese e-mail in französich -obwohl Korrospondenz vorher in deutsch geführt wurde- "Rückgabe des Chalets in einem nicht akzeptablen Verschmutzungszustand, was zu einer doppelten Arbeitszeit der Putzfrau führt: 4 Stunden statt 2 Stunden. Die Laken wurden nicht entfernt, die Mülleimer gefüllt und nicht geleert (mit Glasflaschen) und die Küche in einem unglaublichen Dreckszustand (Kühlschrank und Herdplatten)" Es gab beim Chalet nicht einmal eine Mülltonne. Hätten wir den Abfall mit nach Hause nehmen müssen? Am Abreisetag hatten wir diesen dann ordentlich in einem verschlossenen Abfall Müllbeutel vor die Tür gestellt. Die Anschuldigungen des Vermieter sind unwahr. Eine 100 qm Hütte über 2 Etagen, die nur über eine Außentreppe miteinander verbunden sind in nur 2 Stunden komplett zu reinigen erscheint mir unmöglich - insbesondere unter den besonderen Coronaanforderungen. Wahrscheinlich um sich im Internet preislich günstiger dazustellen, wurde im nachhinein versucht noch mal abzukassieren.

Prachtig gelegen chalet, dichtbij bezienswaardigheden.

Klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Beetje aparte onderverdieping met een luik of via buitenom bereikbaar. Wij douchten daar alleen. Fantastisch uitzicht vanuit het huisje, en vanaf het balkon rondom. Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt. Colmar en wijnroute dichtbij.

Zeer mooi chalet op groot privé terrein in een prachtige omgeving

Zeer mooi chalet met groot privé terrein op een geweldige locatie! Een paradijsje 😊 waar het na wandelingen een heerlijk thuiskomen was. Het chalet heeft een eigen oprit en een weide voor en naast het chalet. Rond het chalet is een ruime tuin, afscheidingen door bebossing. Hierdoor ook een fijne plek voor onze hond! Het chalet is ruim verwijderd van de weg richting Gaschney. Op de begane grond is een mooie ruime renoveerde badkamer, toilet, een sauna en tweepersoons slaapkamer. De voordeur van het chalet is op de eerste verdieping waar ook de living, keuken (vrij klein), kleine badkamer met toilet en twee slaapkamers zijn met goede matrassen. Wij vonden alleen het tweepersoonsbed wat klein. Er is een inpandige verbinding dmv een luik tussen de begane grond en eerste verdieping. Vanaf het ruime balkon is mooi vrij uitzicht! Het chalet is keurig onderhouden, gezellig ingericht, schoon en netjes. In de keuken ontbreekt het aan niets. De locatie is daarnaast zeer gunstig gelegen voor het maken van wandelingen op plaatsen met geweldig uitzicht als le Petit Ballon, Hohneck, van Gaschney door het bos naar Lac Schiessrothriet, van Lac Noir naar Lac Blanc, le Grand Ballon en ongetwijfeld vele andere. Mijn man heeft ook aantal beklimmingen gedaan op de racefiets. Het mailcontact met de eigenaar Mr Gerber verliep hartelijk en vlot. Alles bij elkaar een prachtig verblijf in een prachtige omgeving, een aanrader!

Es ist eine sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit Blick in die wunderschöne Natur. Sehr viele verschiedene Wandermöglichkeiten. Sehr leckeres Essen in der Nähe. Ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter 👍🏻😊. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt... . Vielen lieben Dank
