Mud Lake

The self check in was nice, the room was clean, and there is a really good ice cream shop across the street

We felt extremely uncomfortable at this property. Our room was in a back hallway by the laundry and we just didn’t like it. Homeless people were walking by and it just wasn’t what we were used to. We were booked for two nights and requested to cancel the second night for a refund. Because it was a prepaid room, the manager was under no obligation to refund us, but kindly did. We greatly appreciated that, but we would have left the property even without the refund. The provided breakfast was acceptable to us. A bit more on the room. It was very small and the only sink served as a nightstand next to the head of the bed. The curtains had gaps that were impossible to close which caused my wife to sleep with her clothes on. Minimal place for our luggage as we were uncomfortable leaving anything in our car. I want to be fair and state it was very convenient to the airport, but overall just not what we are personally used too.

The house is exactly as photos appeared. The modern house was 180 degree switch from our cabin rentals during our vacation. Everything is clean & new- it was just completed this spring. Hot tub was a nice relaxing spot after a long day of traveling.
