Lisa, at the front desk, was hands down the kindest staff member. She went out of her way to give us recommendations and was very helpful. "

These things happen when you decide to do a spontaneous trip around Europe when your original New Zealand Trip had to get cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. "We visited this amazing Vitznau mountain property for our summer family vacation. We felt relaxed and ready to adventure from the moment we stepped in the door. The views and the access to hiking, swimming, and general exploration of the Lake Lucerne area was perfect.Navigating the trains, ferry, and buses to get around, was easy and options for adventure, food, relaxation, and more was everywhere.The host was also extremely informative, responsive and even took time to meet with us while we were there.Switzerland was a dream trip and this property helped to make it come true."
