「Staff are expectional always pleasant polite and friendly extremely helpful with any needs. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious and cleaned daily.. Decor could be updated in some areas and rooms we did see modernisation happening in some rooms. Meals are putstmading and huge portions for reasonable prices」

「The location is in the very centre of Bulawayo, with walking distance to both the Art Gallery (10 min) and The Natural History Museum (15 min). There are plenty of fast-food and restaurant options within minutes by foot from the hotel. Also, very easy to arrange pick-up/drop-off at the hotel as all tour operators doing excursions to Khami ruins, Great Zimbabwe ruins and Matobo NP know it. 「Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. 」

「I had some trouble finding it, as it's in a quiet suburb of the town. But it's charming and the young lady in charge was excellent. You'lll need a car, but that's an advantage as being closer too town would be noisy. No hesitation in recommending it」
