The Downtown Nook

Conveniently located in downtown Mountain View, the Downtown Nook is just a few steps away from the town square. The local Pickin’ Park is just a short walk and can be seen from the apartment entrance. Locals frequently gather on weekends to enjoy and play some nice old-fashioned music.

This unit is located in the back portion of the building on the bottom floor. There are three units in total for the whole building. The upstairs is also a short-term rental, and the front of the downstairs is a business.

I am not a very strict host, but I am very firm on the few rules that I do request to be followed.

*No smoking allowed inside the home. If you choose to smoke please do outside and dispose of your butts responsibly.

*There are absolutely no animals allowed at this home. I have a strict no animal policy.

*No parties, gatherings, or events of any kinds. This activity is not supported by myself or Airbnb. I have a maximum of 6 guest. All guest that will be staying or visiting must be accounted for per the reservation.

*No fires allowed anywhere on the premises

* Please note- all occupants must provide a photo ID copy within 24 hours of booking confirmation to verify identity.

****A $500 fee will be charged for any rules broken along with reserving the right to evict without notice.

I will be available via text or call 24/7. I am naturally a night owl, so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. I will get back with you as soon as I can. I respect my guests privacy and am generally hands off unless needed.
