"Our stay at The Rustic Bear Cabin was absolutely perfect! The cabin is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with that true mountain-retreat charm. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into every. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the White Mountains! The location is ideal, quiet and peaceful, but still close to Bretton Woods and Franconia Notch and Lincoln. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the heart of New Hampshire!"

"My mom and my stay was fantastic! Mark was an excellent host and made things easy and communicated well. The house and property itself was stunning with amazing views of the surrounding landscape and river. The entire place was clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay there again with more family and friends as it was very spacious, more than enough room for my mom and I for the night, but great place to wake up in. "

"This log cabin is absolutely pristine and in a tranquil, private setting. The craftsmanship of the cabin is gorgeous and it's absolutely clean and crisp in every way. We enjoyed making eggs, French toast and bacon every morning in the cast iron pan. We loved waking up to the gorgeous view. The location was close to all we wanted to do, the Kancamangus highway, hiking the presidentials and driving to the Mount Washington summit. There is no TV but we didn't need it one bit. Slept incredibly well in the comphy bed and linens Our phones got great data coverage. Be sure to read all the info about the cabin being off the grid so you know about the limited electricity. You cannot use a blow dryer or high voltage plug in. We would definitely stay here again. "

"POSITIVES- NICE VIEW, NICE HOUSE, NICE NEIGHBORHOOODNEGATIVES- ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK, PLUMBING WAS A BIT MESSY, RANDOM FAUCETS AND TOILETS WOULD BE SCALDING HOT AND NO COLD WATER WOULD COME IN. WE BURNED OUR HANDS IN THE KITCHEN SINK. TOILET IN UPSTAIRS HALL WAS SCALDING AND TOOK THE NEXT DAY TO NOT BE HOT BUT SWITCHED T KITCHEN SINK AND DOWNSTAIRS WITH SAME ISSUE - GRILL COVER WAS MISSING FROM TIME WE ARRIVED SO COULD NOT PUT IT ON THE GRILL "
