Great location if attending a concert in Renfro Valley. Less than 10 minutes away. We ate at the Back Porch Smokehouse at the marina near the house ... It was great....amazing desserts!

We really enjoyed the cottage. We were there for a show at Renfro Valley and the location was ideal. Very much appreciated the little extras like coffee and filters,salt and pepper. Even some toiletries in case we forgot something. Comfy beds and plenty of linens. Beautiful area to visit.

Beautiful home, They even left a hand written note, and water bottles for us, made you feel like you were at home. Wish we were able to stay longer. We will definitely rent again. Great location to Linville Lake.

Husband and I came for the weekend to see a show at Renfro Valley. This is a great place to stay. It was quiet yet very convenient to Renfro Valley, Lake Linville and Mount Vernon. It has everything one needs to make you feel right at home. Lots of space. Who needs a hotel when you can stay in a VRBO!

Nice place off the beaten path

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious for 2 and could fit 4 comfortably. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the place was very clean. It also had nice amenities such as full fridge, microwave, and stove. The location was somewhat off of the beaten path but not far from I-75 and Berea and being near the beautiful Lake Linville was a bonus.
