Perfectly nestled amongst the trees with stunning mountain views, fresh air, and birdlife to keep you company.

The Space:
Nomad Nation is located in the North Burnett Region, close to Bundaberg and Moore Park Beach, all within an hour's drive of each other. Nearby Boolboonda Tunnel, the Agro-town of Gin Gin, and Zaraffa Coffee in Bundaberg. A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the separate driveway leading to the main entrance.

Nomad Nation sits in a small town in Mount Perry, Queensland. Where you can explore bushwalking trails, creeks, and peaceful countryside views. What's more, we are just an hour's drive to Bundaberg, known for its signature rum distillery, and Moore Park Beach, which offers a popular fishing location and unspoiled beaches.

So, if you're up for a long trip down the road. You can also visit Hervey Bay and Burnett Heads.

- Smelter Site is an attraction that depicts the earliest mineral smelting technology at the turn of the 20th century.
- Gin Gin is the closest rural town to the tiny home, surrounded by fields of sugar cane, citrus orchards, grazing beef cattle, and more.
- Boolboonda Tunnel is a popular attraction often known for being the longest unsupported tunnel in the Southern Hemisphere.
- Mount Walsh National Park is a beautiful natural area with steep forested slopes, sheltered gullies, and mountains in Biggenden.
- Mount Perry Bicentennial Museum has a collection of folk memorabilia, including one of only three working pole stampers in Queensland.

By public transport: We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle when traveling to our property. Thank you.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please note that we have a dog and cat on the property
- Don't forget to close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
