Yes room was very clean.
The only down part about my stay it was not knowing that my room didn’t come with utensils, pots or pans, dish soap, wash rag I would’ve came more prepared so I had to buy several items even though I couldn’t take those items with me back on the plane.
It seemed like most occupants lived at the hotel.
Heard a fair amount of yelling, people crying in the elevator, and on the first night someone was sleeping in the lobby. Room was mostly clean, seen a few dark hairs in the bathroom. Bed was clean but pretty firm.
I’ve stayed in several places around this area and this by far was the best, not even close. Very clean, comfortable and great customer service. Definitely recommended
Staff were amazing. The only thing that i wish I knew going in was that the name on the card your using has to match your ID so it made it a little frustrating to check in as we had to transfer money around to make sure we had a card that matched our id.
Melba at check in was amazing.. She had patience with me after finding out about the incidental deposit that was not shown on the 3rd party website!! After a long day driving I had to pay it as the room was paid for and it was late. But again Melba understood my frustrations and calmed me down and that’s how service should be
It was good. The bed was comfy. I love the full kitchen. The window curtains could be changed but they're not terrible. The sofa bed was a little hard , but my daughter slept on it. Staff was nice so no major complaints.
I had a wonderful extended stay at this hotel and truly felt at home. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Melba — she is so sweet and always had a warm smile that made my day.
