「Great location and clean tidy apartment. Shower drain needs fixing - does not stay down in place. Wifi would not go for the first night but was resolved by the next morning. Appreciated the good communication on this.」

"初めてのニュージーランド旅行で、24時間対応だったこともあり、こちらのホテルを予約ささていただきました。チェックイン・アウト共に簡単で、助かりました。ホテルを出る日、飛行機の関係で朝4時出発だったのですが、その旨を前日の夜にスタッフさんに伝えると、嫌な顔一つせず、「朝方もスタッフがいるから大丈夫ですよ。」と応えてくださりすごく安心しました。明るく送り出してくれたのも印象的でした。室内はもちろん綺麗でした。快適でした！ホテルの周りはすごく静かで、過ごしやすかったです。またクライストチャーチに来る時にはこちらのホテルにお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました！"
