"I am a loyal customer to this particular property when I travel to Canada, but there were some challenges this time. 1. The AC didn’t work in my room. Seems odd for a winter stay, but the room got so hot that the temp in the room was 84 degrees. I had turned off the heat and it still didn’t cool down. Turned on the AC and it wouldn’t turn on. I couldn’t sleep, got a headache. I eventually had to open the window, move the coach over next to the window and sleep in tha. The remainder of the trip I just left the unit off and it was a comfortable 74 degrees. They didn’t have an hair dryer in the room and last and definitely the least important, I had forgotten my tooth brush and when I asked she said oh we ran out and haven’t restocked. "

"Larger coffee/tea maker. Those little Nespresso coffee makers are useless."

"This is not really a pet friendly hotel has stayed at so many others that are so much better!!!! Before we even unloaded the car we knew a dog was there!! The receptionist was borderline rude!! And so slooooowwww!! "

"Excellent stay, friendly staff, very clean and fresh. Our one bedroom suite with full kitchen, bar to sit at and living room was the best we have ever stayed at in all our travels. The delicious breakfast both mornings offered several hot and cold options from hot and cold cereals, the freshest of a fruit mixture to put onto yogurt, bacon or sausage, hot cheese or vegetable omelets, waffles, huge freshly made muffins and pastries, breads and juices and the best coffee. The pool was clean as were the change rooms now to mention a spotless laundromat. Cannot say enough about how happy we were with our stay."
