「I stayed here twice and enjoyed the stay. It was a simple room with a fridge and cooktop that has a great price. It is great with a rental car. I would book again if it is available while I am staying in Vegas and want to stay off the strip.」

We were there for a family funeral and needed budget accommodation with a king bed and good wi-fi for remote working. This fit the bill. I was pleased that the unit did not use fragrance in cleaning supplies or laundry soaps. The unit was tidy (no old food or condiments in fridge!) When we asked for a fan, it was delivered promptly. 「The single most important factor of a rental is that it is CRYSTAL CLEAN and this property delivered! Kitchen was well very stocked. Beds/pillows were exceedingly comfortable. Cute decor. Loved the suburban location and walked to Whole Foods twice in the few days we were there. The hosts were top notch! This rental served as a great home base in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. 」

「This place is OK, the beds are good, and plenty of room but nowhere to put a suitcase or clothing, just on the floor, would be nice to have a dresser or something in the bedrooms. The couch needs to be replaced, the cushions are awful and uncomfortable to sit on. The cable didn’t work and there are basically no pans to cook with. The yard was full of weeds and just not taken care of. The reviews and the pics are misleading and for the price I expected more.」
