"The key was meant to be in the mailbox on the first night it wasn’t there. We finally got in on the second day and the house wasn’t cleaned. The beds wernt made and there was still rubbish in the house. I sent photos to Cassandra and requested a refund. Have I have not received that refund? As yet? ..."
