Sit by a crackling stone fireplace , sipping wine or coffee, after a day in the High Plains at Autumn Leaves Cottage. The cozy, rustic cottage with large backyard and citrus orchard has 3 queen sized bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people comfortably at Autumn Leaves Cottage.
Full sized bathroom with bath , plus extra outside toilet.Kitchen has every convenience including dishwasher, Smeg oven and gas cooktop, air fryer and coffee machine, rice cooker and large foccacia / sandwich maker.
Outside there is another chimonea fireplace, dining table and chairs.Large backyard overlooking a small citrus orchard and the mountains beyond.
Situated across the road from the bicycle flow park, bike path , The Pondage and library, a short , level walk or bike ride into the centre of Mt Beauty township. Bonus Walk to Mt Beauty airstrip. Bedrooms are quiet , peaceful .A relaxing setting to unwind after a day in the Alps.

The house was indeed very cosy and very warm. Ideal for a holiday in the Mountains in Winter. It was a great place to came back to after a day spent skiing. Location excellent as quiet and close to the main hub of the town. Oh, and the bed was super comfortable!

Great base for Falls Creek getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Autumn Leaves Cottage. We used the cottage as a base during our Falls Creek ski trip and found it convenient and comfortable. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and is cozy and warm. Our hostess went above and beyond to answer our questions and was helpful in every possible way. I highly rate this accommodation for families!
