"Staff checking in was smooth, 35 dollar fee for early check in. I gave it 3 stars bc the room was more than adequate the bathroom floor had hair on it and the rug especially by the bed had a big stain like big. The shower was fine but I don’t know what was on the side near the drain but red stuff that probably was a repair but looked like dried blood"

"Reeds is a refreshingly non-corporate place- cute and quaint decor, a pretty good breakfast, and good A/C in the room. The mattress was a bit too soft, but if your preference runs to softer beds that could be a plus Overall a very pleasant one night stay"

"We stayed in the PIP room which is right next to the pool, the little convivence store and the room that house keeping uses. It was very noisy with people coming and going, the house keeping staff talking and laughing right by our door. The couch in the room looked like it was dug out of the dumpster with huge nasty stains all over it. We wouldn't even sit on it. The toilet in the small bathroom is not properly attached to the floor so it rocks a bit. There is no blow dryer like there used to be. We have stayed in this room a few times in the past but it seems to have gone down hill since the last time we were there. Other than the couch the room was clean and the bed is comfortable."

"This cabin is rustic but clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The host was easy to connect with via text messaging and responded quickly. We felt welcomed with a personal note on the table and a heater warming up the cabin. We would use it again."

"We loved the open floor plan of the cabin. It was very clean and felt roomy. The porch swing was a nice touch. Host communication was excellent with response time pretty much immediate. I love great customer service and this was it! Will stay again if available."

"Room was clean aside from some adhesive on the newly installed floor covering. Whomever design the shower needs to go back to design school. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was awful. "
