Private modern villa in Mougins village, famous for its art and gastronomy, ideally located for family holidays in South of France. On the door step you find bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and local sites. Cannes is 10 minutes away, Antibes is 15 minutes away by car, Nice airport is 25 minutes by car.

Villa has two floors - main living floor and lower level, accessible by stairs only, so villa is not suitable for people in wheelchair. On the main floor you find 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms: 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bedroom with two single beds in each; large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and spacious living room for family time. All rooms have individual air-conditioning, all windows have built-in anti mosquito nets. On the lower: floor laundry room with washing and drying machines, as well as large entertainment space with games, TV and piano.

Outside you find large terrace with plenty of spaces to relax; swimming pool with 4 sun-beds, outside shower and toilet; and kids play area with large trampoline. In the garden there are amazing lemon and fig trees and guests are welcome to collect the fruits. Pool towels are provided.

Fast fibre internet is available throughout the property, you can connect your own Netflix, Prime of Apple accounts to watch your favourite programs.
