She or her housekeeping service did military grade hospital corners on the beds, it was amazing detail everywhere like that. 「Great location! Loved the separate bungalow with two twin beds, close to the water. Other two bedrooms were very nice! Not far from where the ferry drops you off. A few days we could see cruise ships parked out in the water. Centrally located. Overall Great!!! Short 10 minutes drive to Matira Beach and Bora Bora dive center!! 」

「Everything was just perfect! Communication from the very beginning with Ingrid was informative and reply’s were quick. On arrival Ingrid had a taxi waiting to take us to the Villa where Ingrid and Olivier were waiting to greet us. 「Plenty of room, beautiful and comfortable just need it air conditioning in the living room since fans were not working. Otherwise a perfect place to stay. Air conditioning in the bedrooms it was perfect. 」

「Wonderful, large house with pier right on lagoon. Loved everything about the home! Easy check in/ check out. Highly recommend. Also, can drink the water from the fridge (filtered) which is very helpful. Very spacious and nice airflow throughout the home. AC in both bedrooms. Coffee provided on arrival as well. Louana, the property manager, is extremely helpful and friendly, than you so much, Louana! We would love to return! Thank you for everything!」

「We were to stay two nights. Airport went on strike and we couldn’t get there. Tried to cancel no communication between Vrbo the host and me. No refund when it was not our fault. Other people stuck there for days. Could have rebooked with them. Told that this happens every July. Charged for stays that they can’t get the people there.」

"Hospitality was not as expected"

"タヒチ島に戻るフライトの時間が夕方でしたので、レイトチェクアウトを無料で対応して頂けました。多分これがExpediaのVIP Accessだったのかと思いました。本当のところはお聞きしてないので分かりません。大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。オテマヌ山ときれいな海を眺めながら、ひたすらテラスでのんびりと過ごせました。お部屋はきれいで清潔に保たれています。ベッドの足元やバスルームの一部がガラス張りで部屋の下の海が見えます。バスタブもあって良かったです。ただ海で泳いだ後、熱めのお湯で温まりたかったのですが、お湯の温度が低めだったのが残念でした。冷蔵庫の中のビールやジュースは無料でした。毎日補給してくれました。レストランはお酒一杯と食事を注文すると円に換算して8,000円位でした。ボラボラ島へ向かう前に、タヒチ島で色々買ってから向かわれる事をおすすめします。"

"Paradise at InterContinental Le Moana Bora Bora Staying at the InterContinental Le Moana Resort Bora Bora was like living in a dream! The bungalow, beach, and pool were all absolutely stunning. Everything was so clean and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true slice of paradise. One of the highlights was snorkeling right from the bungalow—an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend! I chose a plan that included breakfast, and I was initially excited, thinking it would be delivered by boat. However, it turned out that this special service is only for certain guests, and the regular breakfast is actually a buffet. This was a little disappointing, but the variety and quality of the food were still great. One of the best parts of the stay was the convenience of having a Japanese concierge on site. This made communication and arranging activities a breeze. Although some of the Tahitian staff struggled with English, they were incredibly friendly and genuinely tried to help, which made me feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would love to visit again someday! 🌴🏖️"
