The Space:
Bedroom 1 upstairs: queen bed
Bedroom 2 upstairs: bunk bed (full bottom, twin top)
Bedroom 3 downstairs: L-shaped room, with queen bed on one side, and king bed on other side (twin that pulls out into a king)

Living room 1 upstairs: couch, 2 chairs
Living room 2 downstairs: couch, Roku TV

Kitchenette: full fridge, microwave, countertop oven/airfryer that fits a 9x13" pan, induction hot plate w/ cast iron fry pan, coffee pot, toaster. Dishes for 8 (Not there is a not a full sized oven or range)

Patio: griddle, table for 6-8

Deck: 4 lounge chairs, hammock stand + hammock

All properties are professionally cleaned and stocked, every guest has a cell phone number they can call or text anytime with questions or needs. We are always minutes away!

Cleaning & Stocking Fee: We have the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. They wash all bed linens off site. Towels are also provided. Best of all, they use a line of ecofriendly toxic free cleaners. They also stock the following items: Shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane. (est. value of 50 dollars per guest)
