Logement très bien placé mais nécessitant de l'entretien.

Logement très bien placé, à 3 minutes des attractions principales de Morzine. Un peu bruyant, mais aucun problème fenêtres fermées. L'agence Baud sur place est toujours disponible, réactive et sympathique. L'appartement est spacieux, pratique. Il y a de très belles vues sur les montagnes autour de Morzine, quasiment à 360°. Par contre, l'appartement a été entretenu au minimum depuis de longues années. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, la baie vitrée n'est plus transparente car la condensation s'est infiltrée. Il y a cinq prises de courant dans tout l'appartement, et l'électricité correspond parfaitement aux normes de 1973. La salle de bains et la vaisselle vous rappelleront celle de votre grand mère. Il n'y a pas de chaise sur la terrasse pour profiter des vues. Bref, c'est vieillot, un peu cheap mais à ce prix cela vaut le coup.
