"Lovely property. We really enjoyed the location"

"Upon arriving, the young man in the office was very nice. Parking was great, area was clean. Room appeared to be recently remodeled and looked beautiful. Nice little balcony with a table and two chairs. Coffee and water was available in the room along with robes, and the usual shampoo conditioner shower gel, toilet paper was good too. My only complaint was the bed, but that's always my complaint in most places, it was a little bit too hard for my body composition. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. The place felt safe and it was quiet. It was within walking distance to a marina, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!"

"Nice place to stay"

"The lobby area and staff are top notch. The hot tub was BUSY on a sunday night, with many kids and families going in and out. Not super relaxing because of the traffic and kids playing and jumping into the hot tub, but it was reasonably kept. The pool was nice if a bit cool. My room had several incomplete repairs in progress (wall patches, missing paint and finish, holes in the window screen, and I could go on here), black mold in the bathroom celing area, and the room number was paper taped on the door. There was no in room bath tub, but there was a frig and coffee maker. No microwave, but there is one in the lobby. The location and views are great. I know I got a good deal on the room price, but it just wasn't nice inside. Glad I was only there for one night. I wont stay there again."

"The bed was a little soft for our personal preference however everything thing else was perfect. It was nice having a kitchen. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. "

"I stayed here for 5 nights to visit my daughter in Los Osos. It's in a beautiful location close to the town. The rooms are spacious and updated. They only have Direct TV and I would prefer a Smart TV so you can stream shows. But they did have a very large collection of DVD's to borrow which was fun!"

"The house is wonderful. Very comfortable, well equipped, has great outdoor patios and pet-friendly. We enjoyed grilling and making smores in the outdoor pit. The location is perfect for visiting many parks and other towns up and down the coast. "
