「The unit was remodeled fairly recently so everything was really clean and nice. The location is great ( i've stayed in Cayucos before). The complex is right on the beach area so easy to walk out to pier or to town. We had no issues with noise from neighboring units, but since it seemed half the place was empty. At low tide, you can walk south for miles just along the beach. ( If higher tide, then the water hits a rocky area preventing safe passage and you would need to go up to street and...

「This is the most excellent location EVER! Literally walk through the complex and open a gate to the sand. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It’s in the heart of downtown Pismo next to the Cinnamon Roll shop and Splash Cafe. Comes with a garage so you never have to look for parking. Check in and communication was prompt and clear. The place was spacious and clean. It did show some wear from lots of use…broken door handle, screen door off track, dings on some walls....

「The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. 」

「Everything was great. Just make sure you are at the right unit because the map gives you the condo complex address instead of the actual unit address. Very clean, host was so kind and even brought us fresh corn! We had all we need there! And the beach access was great (be prepared for a lot of stairs though but that’s normal in Pismo. 」
