"This was a clean hotel but the $100 pet fee I feel is a little high. I have stayed at several other hotels and the fee has been $50 for the highest. Most people are only staying one night so this is high for one night. Just wanted people with pets to know ahead of time so you don't have sticker shock when you check in."

"I booked the stay last minute and didn’t have a chance to look into the location, amenities or the rooms themselves. There was a damp smell throughout the hotel that made me think there was mold somewhere. I am an architect and it felt like if I focused my attention on anything specific I was going to find that what I was focusing on was broken; not working properly, crooked, etc. The towels were tiny, the tv was tiny and didn’t seem to work, the bedside tables looked salvaged, the ceilings were extremely low, the sheets were not comfortable, the key card for my door barely worked and I had to attempt to open the door about 15 times before it would work (and I’m not exaggerating). I would never stay there again."

"Booked a night for the Evening Reds game. Our stay was good. Very clean room. The only issue we had was the heat was not working properly. A maintenance associate came to look at it and it seemed to be working but in the morning it was not working again. Not a huge inconvenience but noticeable. When we turned in our room keys they asked how our stay was and we explained about the heating not working. They were very gracious and apologetic and also comped our valet. I would stay here again."

"Everything including the wonderful staff was Excellent. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area."
