We are delighted to present our superb, spacious duplex apartment, ideal for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this 63.44 m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living/dining room with a 140x190 sofa bed and a television for your relaxation, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom (bathtub and toilet).
Enjoy the south-facing balcony to admire the view and relax on the outdoor furniture.
Upstairs, you will discover a second en-suite bedroom with a bathroom (bathtub and toilet), and a third en-suite bedroom with tv and a bathroom. In addition, a separate toilet is available for added convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Krups coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as dishes and a complete set of cookware. You'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Bedroom 1, ground floor, en suite (wooden floor): one double bed (140x190 cm)
Bedroom 2, upstairs (carpeted floor): two single beds (80x200 cm)
Bedroom 3, upstairs (carpeted floor): one bunk bed + one trundle bed (80x200 cm)
Living room: one double sofa bed (140x190 cm)
Bedding is provided, including mattress protectors, pillows, and duvets for the single beds, as well as a duvet for the double bed (140x190 cm).
For your convenience, a covered parking space marked No. 1 is available (please note that the agency cannot be held responsible if the parking space is no longer available).
To make your stay easier, we provide a vacuum cleaner and a clothes dryer. Please note that pets are not allowed in the accommodation and that it is strictly non-smoking. In addition, we provide internet access (please note that the agency declines all responsibility in the event of connection problems).

Good spot close to the lifts. Spacious. All amenities are there, big parking spot in underground garage.
