The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen is open to the same amazing views and it has its own perks, a wonderful coffee station and also a screened-in side porch with a classic stone-hearthed fireplace, ideal for camp-themed breakfasts and hot chocolate, or BBQ suppers from the grill just outside! Card games, rocking chairs and sweet tea are optional!
The large deck that continues around from the side porch to the bedroom has everything from spots to perch and birdwatch to a chic lounge area with a bed swing and fairy lights!
And off the covered outdoor lounge area on the main floor, there's a King bedroom with another private deck and its own en-suite bathroom with a huge soaking tub. There's a separate half-bath off the kitchen on the main floor as well.

Upstairs, there's a cozy twin-bunk Loft right off the King master suite, which, just to note: has a host-provided designer crib and a sleeper sofa - perfect for family sleep-overs! This suite also has its own private deck, its own plush sitting area and its own stone fireplace and, of course, its own spacious en-suite Bathroom, complete with gorgeous slate-clad shower.
Downstairs, there's an additional terrace level Queen Bedroom and Full Bathroom off the huge Game room, with private access to the Hot Tub and the views beyond! The terrace deck wraps all the way around as well and even has extra niches to relax with a book in a chaise lounge or a swing chair.

The Morganton/Blue Ridge area has so many amazing experiences to offer every guest! There's hiking in the Aska, the Toccoa Swinging Bridge, fishing, boating and just hanging out to hear the music at the Lake Blue Ridge Marina.
Going back in time to grab a sandwich at Nomad Market or ride the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, or visiting the classic Swan Drive-in. Maybe sampling the delicious farm-to-table fare ranging from Mercier Orchards and the Pink Pig to Southern Charm and The Black Sheep? And there's also stopping by a local winery to experience the “farm” up close at Serenberry or Bear Claw Vineyard - or braving the Sasquatch Museum or downtown Blue Ridge!
It sounds cliché but there is literally something for everyone here! There just may not be enough time!

The cabin is regularly sprayed for bugs, but please note that you're visiting the North Georgia mountains and our bug friends live in and around the neighborhood and the Blue Ridge area. You'll likely see a friend or two if you leave the doors or windows open.
After each guest, we thoroughly clean the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.
Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior Ring doorbell cameras located on the front of the home mounted near the front door and on the back of the home mounted near the back doors. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into the interior.
Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

Low-profile vehicles and trailers are not recommended, 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended. The cabin has parking for 4 vehicles.

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.
★HOUSE RULES★
This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.
☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.
☞︎ No parties or events are allowed at the Cloud Dreamer. We are located in a residential community and, although this is may be a vacation destination, the area is predominantly families and professionals. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 10 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.
☞︎ Pets are allowed. Up to two dogs under 65 pounds each are welcome for an additional fee plus taxes per pet, per stay. Dogs may only be left unattended in the cabin if they are crated. Please be sure to remove any dog waste from the yard and all public areas before departure. A $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged if waste is not properly cleaned up or if pets have been allowed on the furniture. Additional fees may also be assessed for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets.
☞︎ Indoor fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Be sure the flue is open. Please extinguish the fire and close the screen before leaving the home or going to bed. Turn off gas logs (if applicable), but leave the pilot light on. Do not move the gas logs in the fireplace. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING TO BED.
☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather-related issues (snow storms, heat waves etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
☞︎ You give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.
☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
