We i’ve never complained about a room in 30 years, not even a once! The first room they put us in, the light cords had all been cut ! That was kind of alarming so we went back to the front desk . The second room they gave us, had a horrible stench coming from it . When we entered it, the drawer had been flung from its cabinet, and was on the floor ! There were some kind of brass knuckles on the bedside table , or so we think!!!! There was also some type of drink or liquid on the heater . We went back to the front desk and they gave us a Jacuzzi room . That was very nice of them, and it was complete with cockroaches !!! There was a lot of activity in the complex starting at 3 AM which we think may have been illegal activity. We would never ever stay there again or recommend it ! BAD BAD BAD!

Don’t stay here

I booked a no smoking room and once I got inside I could tell someone still had smoked in the room. The room had bugs all over the beds as if someone left the door open. I ended up getting another room and that one was just as bad.

Beds were comfy, staff was nice. Rooms wreaked of smoke, dead cockroaches in room. It was fine, you get what you pay for. Pool looked nice but didn't go in.

Loud noises and kids screaming outside my door most of the night and knocking on my door. Shower was not cleaned at all

I was disappointed with the room. It had a old smell to it. One of the bed sheets was stained and looked worned out. The towels had a smell to it. The facility needs to be updated and furniture as well.

The best thing about this hotel was the young lady who checked me in. She displayed a professional and welcoming attitude. The room was clean but not enough towels for a two day stay, housekeeping came at check out only, there was only 1 pillow on each bed.
