Ocean Front Ocean View, With Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub

(PET FRIENDLY)
Seven year old home with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. This Oceanfront Oceanview home on the Circle in Atlantic Beach.
This home has the most beautiful views of the ocean and is steps away from restaurants, boardwalk, volley ball and lifeguarded beach. Enjoy the outdoors in your private swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, outdoor shower and grill.
There is an open living room, dining room and kitchen on second level with fully-equipped kitchen, half bath. Third floor features oceanfront master bedroom with king bed, private bath and built-in "coffee bar". Second bedroom with private bath and queen bed. First floor has three bedrooms - queen bed with private bath and two bedrooms with two twins in each bedroom and shared full bath. There are 5 Bedrooms that can accommodate 10 guest
Upon Request we will sometimes allow up to 13 guest.
If this is something you are interested in doing please inform property owner before booking. ( This home has bed space for ten. over ten guest is permitted but you would need to bring cots or air mattress.) Elevator, washer and dryer, garage and WIFI. (The elevator often needs to be reset. To reset the elevator you need to turn elevator breakers off in the garage count to 10 and then turn them back on.)
This home is dog friendly with $200 fee. Optional heat fee for pool available for $125.00 per day. When heated the pool is set at 84 degrees. Renters are not permitted to increase that heat without permission from owner. This is a NON-SMOKING cottage. Parking for three cars.
If you are planning to bring a pet, please make sure you contact owner.
There are additional fees for lodging of pet. These fees do not include cleaning hair that may shed. Owner of pet is responsible of making sure that rental home is free of all pet hair. If any pet hair in found in pool there is an additional $75 Fee
Animals are not permitted in pool or on furniture and bedding.

We had a great time on our family vacation. This beach home was perfect. Very comfortable. Has everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of room to spread out and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location is perfect! Sitting out on the deck overlooking the beautiful beach was very relaxing. The pool was great. We will definitely book again.

Stefan is a great host and I would absolutely stay at more of his properties moving forward. He already had a new ice maker that we utilized extensively after a previous review mentioned wanting a maker. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed for a group for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids loved watching the volleyball on the beach in the evenings. I do wish there was more space to unpack in rooms other than the main king, and that there was a bedroom with porch access other than the ones with twin beds and the kings, both of the queens are at the front of the house away from the ocean. Everything felt clean. We did have to re dry all the towel upon arrival. Good stay on the whole and appreciate being able to rent this home! Happy vacationing.

The location of Palm V was perfect. However we did not know ice is considered an amenity. When we contacted the owner why there were 4 plastic ice trays vs an ice maker…, he stated an ice maker is an amenity that was not listed. We have never considered ice to be an amenity anywhere. 12 people with 4 ice trays was not sufficient. So naturally we had to make other arrangements to supplement ice.Very surprised I now need to look for ice maker/refrigerator as an amenity for future rentals with VRBO. Also couches were very soiled and worn.

Family vacation

Although the weather did not cooperate for our weeklong stay, we still had a wonderful time. The home is amazing! Great location. Internet was difficult due to multiple storms but Stephan responded quickly. He was very helpful and easy to access. Spectrum services were limited with recovery but storms were frequent. Only suggestion is to bring your own pillow. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Perfect family vacation.

Wonderful Home

Wonderful home. It was just as described. We were there with our adult children and grandkids. It was a wonderful place for families. Pool, hot tub and views were great.

Family getaway

Our family is from New Hampshire and we were in need of some warm weather and sunshine. This location was just perfect for our needs, heated pool and hot tub along with a beachfront view of the ocean. We were able to dine at several wonderful restaurants in the area and visit the beautiful town of Beaufort.Great times were had by all.

Spring break trip

Great house right on the beach. Host was accessible and responsive. Kids loved the heated pool. It is close to numerous restaurants and there is Italian ice, donut shop, gift shop about 50 steps from the house. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

On the beach, the boardwalk, and in the heart of restaurants, beach shops, & bars. Property has 4 floors & the elevator was very helpful! Heated pool & hot tub. Perfect vacation spot! We also visited the aquarium & parks!

Fantastic!

Beautiful house, with incredible views and access to the beach. The house was clean and included thoughtful necessities such as hand soap, toilet paper, salt/pepper, and coffee pods and tea. We really appreciated that. Stefan the host was quick to help with issues that arose with the elevator and it was resolved as quickly as could be expected. Overall I would highly recommend this house for vacation to others.

Perfect Location and Views!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Palm V, a lovely beach house centrally located in Atlantic Beach, with incredible views of the ocean, even from the kitchen and living rooms. Views from the balconies included swimming pools, beach volleyball courts, dunes, beach, and ocean. Our seven grandchildren especially enjoyed the easily accessible private pool and jacuzzi, as did our children. We all had a great vacation experience at Palm V, and recommend that you do so as well!

Family beach fun

My family recently enjoyed a week of beach fun. The house was in perfect condition and the host was very responsive to any questions that arose. This house is right on the boardwalk and next to several restaurants/bars. We enjoyed all this activity, especially the beach volleyball league games, all from the comfort of the decks. The pool was another plus. So if you want a place close to lots of activities, this is the place.

Palm 5!

No need to have a palm read to ensure a great vaca at Palm 5! No dune blocking spectacular ocean views, no time spent getting a perfect spot on the beach, no lack of serenity and entertainment breathing in sunsets and cheering beach volleyball action. All this and lattés with just-made donuts steps away. Perfect!
