"There is a need for maintenance, the room assigned didn’t have proper security, the latch was missing and the tiles needed cleaning. Also, the hotel was hosting some events and there was only one elevator working while the other was been installed. Food was ok, nothing special. "

"Refrigerador malo, habitación cara para lo que ofrece y sumándole a que se supone es una suit presidencial, atención y desayuno bueno pero llame en la noche a recepción en 3 ocasiones para una duda y no obtuve respuesta. Tomas de corriente, sillones, ventanas, televisores y otros menajes de habitación se ven viejos y descuidados sin mencionar el elevador que esta viejo y huele a óxido. "

"The property is beautiful, we stayed there because my daughter was going for a competition the next day and it resulted that in the presidential suite they had a very LOUD party going on and when I called front desk for help because we couldn’t sleep for my surprise the person said that they wouldn’t put the volume down because it was a party from the Manager and that he said he was not putting the volume down; my point is that we stayed in this hotel looking for a comfortable safe place so we could have a good night sleep. I write this review because I really consider a lack of respect what that manager did because I even specified I was staying with a child. It was a terrible experience, specially because you expect to receive a great service and in this situation that was not the case specially feom the manager. "
