  • This cozy, year-round cottage has beautiful views of Owasco Lake and is the perfect home base while you explore the Finger Lakes region. On your days off from exploring, take out the two kayaks or rent a pontoon at the marina, spend the day on the water and come home to air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has wifi, a smartv, games and books to pass the time on a rainy day. Perfect place for a small family to spend a vacation!

    The cottage is cozy with all of the amenities of home. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas range and dishwasher. Washer/Dryer are conveniently located right off the kitchen. There is an outdoor patio with gas grill, picnic table and rocking chairs to enjoy the lake view. Launch the kayaks from the shore and enjoy the lake up close and personal!

    This cottage is part of a shared community with a common lawn and lake front. The cottage is just steps away from Drifters on Owasco and the Southshore Marina. It is a 20 min drive to the city of Auburn, 30 min drive to the Village of Skaneateles, 30 min drive to SUNY Cortland, 40 min drive to Cornell University and 45 min drive to Ithaca College. Enjoy hiking, wineries in the heart of the Finger Lakes.
