気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
It started at check-in. There were at least 6 people who came in with complaints about their rooms--weird things in drawers, key cards not working (a big complaint, and the same issue I had), no towels or toilet paper, etc. I was informed that the cable only worked sporadically, if at all. It wasn't even hooked up in my room, making the tv completely unusable. I was promised a discount, which didn't materialize. The property was in terrible shape. They had no access to the rooms to the back of the property, meaning that you either had to go back onto the main road, turn onto another road, and drive into a back driveway, or go though the parking lot of a closed business which was nothing but potholes. Who does that? My room was dirty (once I got in it), the floors were filthy, as well as many of the surfaces. Why did I stay? Well, the Dayton Air Show was that weekend, and every hotel was booked and the prices were ridiculous. My air conditioner had died, and I couldn't get anyone out to fix it over the weekend in a heatwave. I appreciate the price, but the lot around the motel wasn't mowed and looked really bad, the sidewalks had trash on them, and the amount of pot being smoked in public areas was wild. The only saving grace was that the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was big and clean. Just don't walk barefoot. Ever.
