「The room was comfortable, clean & nicely furnished but the shower floor & tiles were quite mouldy. The downstairs toilets needed a good clean too. A good breakfast was available but the eggs were cold. The restaurant meal and staff was excellent The hospitality staff and chef were exceptionally good & went out of their way to provide excellent service, as we were having a birthday celebration there. Every aspect of our event was well planned and managed & everything went well.」

「Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...
