"Overall, this is a great place to stay in Moorea. Location is central to restaurants, markets and beaches. Resort is very well maintained and clean, restaurant has a great vibe and atmosphere. Food is prepared well and service was excellent. Our 2 bedroom was situated perfectly with multiple views of the bay and ocean views providing endless photo opportunities. The only shortfall is the fitness center which is basically a closet with 2 pieces of equipment. Just keep that in mind if that is something essential to you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this beautiful resort and would return again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fenua Maita'i'oa! The room was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated having Netflix and Amazon Prime available for relaxing in the evenings. The location was also very convenient...close to a grocery store and easy to get around. The kitchenette setup was perfect with an egg maker, kettle for hot water, fridge, microwave, dishes, and silverware. The cat on the property was absolutely wonderful and added such a charming touch to the experience 😊 Overall, this was a great hotel with excellent amenities, comfort, and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We were on a cruise which ended in Papeete. We decided to spend an additional 2 nights in the area and chose Moorea due to proximity by ferry. I researched hotels and chose Hibiscus due to the excellent ratings and price. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a deluxe bungalow by the beach and we had a view of the ocean from our room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the use of fridge, microwave and hot pot. There is a small shopping area within walking distance that has stores and restaurants. We ate twice at Sea you soon. I did not see many groceries to buy for snacks or breakfast at the grocery store but they did have good Tahiti lotions, oils, and soaps. The taxi fare from ferry is about 6000xpf. The ocean by the hotel is okay for swimming but not snorkeling. I was told that a better public snorkeling beach is Tipaniers about 2-3 miles away. The staff at hotel were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely recommend.I’m"

"A place to stay, Where you feel welcomed, safe, and surrounded by a beautiful nature.The owners surprised us for my partner's birthday. Thank you so much (if you're reading this note). Breakfast placed everyday in our fridge. Good quantity/quality. Special mention to the washing machine, if your are staying more than 4days, it's a plus. "

"Small newer bungalows with an eager staff to please. Very quiet property. Kitchens in rooms so you can shop and make your breakfast at least. A little pricey ( but So is everything in FP) on the breakfast that you can pay for. Very quiet area of the island. Maybe I've been spoiled around the world but the reef on Moorea is not the greatest for snorkeling"
