"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. "Staff was rude to us as she was eating when we checked in. The so called sea view is a huge misrepresentation and the so called jazuzzi bathtub is not in working condition...the room description should be non working jacuzzi and extremely limited sea view with no amenities whatsoever. I would really like Expedia to enforced such irresponsible operator. I wil not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund.
