「Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too.」

「An excellent base for visiting the Peak District. The flat was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Off road parking and use of a private garden was lovely. 「We absolutely enjoyed our time here. This beautiful cottage is well equipped and the location is ideal. A beautiful village to enjoy walking around and a few pubs and a local grocery store all within walking distance. Castleton, High Peak, Bakewell, Chatsworth House are definitely places to visit. 「We had a lovely 3 days staying in Topcroft cottage. All bedrooms are great sizes and having the 2 en-suites was very helpful as we were travelling as 2 families of 4. There is plenty of space for 8 people, the wood burner kept us cosy as the weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped! Phillipa was so kind and dropped in a freshly baked cake and bread when we arrived, these went down a storm with all. The cottage is in Hathersage and attached to the village pharmacy.
