It is a villa for 11 people but only cutlery for 8, there were a lack of pillows. Furniture especially the sofa and bedroom cupboards wardrobes etc very run down and are in desperate need of replacing.All in all we had a wonderful stay "

Wir versuchten, mit Novasol Kontakt aufzunehmen um darum zu bitten, das Haus zu richten. Zunächst hieß es, das Objekt wäre nicht bekannt, später bekamen wir die Buchungsbestätigung. Im Chat mit Novasol wurde uns geraten, mit der Dame, die die Schlüssel verwaltet, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Das erschien uns sehr unpassend, zumal diese auf eine Anfrage per E-Mail auch nicht...
