Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside
there was a bed bug on one of our beds but they switched us to a different room right away even though it was late at night. sometimes it can be loud, especially during the weekend and since the main lobby is located in the center of the building and all the rooms face inwards towards it.
