This pristin and historical home is situated in a very desirable location within Montreat - you will be within walking distance of the town center, Lake Susan, Robert Lake Park, Moore Center store, hiking trails, The Montreat Anderson Auditorium, and so much more! Other must-visit attractions include Black Mountain, within five miles of your home, and downtown Asheville, less than 20 miles away. This house is historically one of the first homes built in Montreat, back in 1903. You will have your own taste of local history while staying here!

This gorgeous home also has an interesting outdoor living space where you and your loved ones can hang out and admire the beautiful surroundings. Gather around the wood-burning firepit for some midnight storytelling, hang out on the front porch and take in the views or read a good novel, or gather at the outdoor dining area for some alfresco dining!

Kick your feet up and enjoy a tranquil evening watching TV on the large smart TV in the main living room. Off of the living room is the formal dining room with an exquisite dining table that is just perfect for family meals. Adjoining the dining room is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze! When it comes to entertainment, this home doesn't miss! Find a secluded game room with a Ms. Pac-Man video game as well as a smart TV and board games located under the seat cushions on the bench. There is a washer/dryer and a full bathroom attached. Homey rooms await you for a good night's rest - the kiddos will especially love the decorated bunk rooms.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
