街の中心に近い便利なホテル
地元の知り合いにすすめられて2泊しました。ロケーションが街の中心近くにあり便利です。Mercureが隣です。近場にibisの別のホテルもあるので、空港からタクシーを頼むときには ibis center とはっきりと告げた方がいいと思います。繁華街から歩いて5分、最寄りのトラムの駅も繁華街にあります。部屋はおおむね満足できますが、ヨーロッパのスタンダードからするとちょっと狭めかもしれません。また、シャワールームの床の水が漏れやすい構造なので、ちょっと気を遣います。それ以外には、お湯を沸かすポットがほしい気がします。居心地としては標準的ですが、次にモンペリエに来る機会があったら、別のホテルも試してみたい気がします。

ホテルの場所は少しわかりづらいと思います。旧市街へは歩いて５分とまぁまぁの距離ですが、最も近いトラムの駅はAntigoneで歩いて３分くらいでしょうか。 ホテルですが、近代的なホテルを演出しているためか、シャワーと洗面台とトイレが続きでかなり狭いです。また、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、洗顔が一つになっており、別途用意したほうがいいかもしれません。一階にあるカフェ＆レストランはリーズナブルで街中よりもゆっくり落ち着いて食事できました。ホテルの朝食はチーズ一種、スクランブルエッグと数種類のパンといった最小限という感じでした。

Le volet de la pseudo salle de bain ne fonctionne pas donc impossible de dormir avec les lumières Le bruit intempestif des ascenseurs qui ne se came qu’entre 1 h et 6 h du matin Résultat : de très mauvaises nuits Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel dont les tarifs sont prohibitifs compte tenu des problèmes rencontrés

Les personnels étaient très bien, très réactifs Par contre la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer. Pleins de poussières sous le lit, les fenêtres très sales, derrière la Porte coulissante se baladaient des moutons de poussières, porte coulissant ayant ayant aussi des traces de calcaire et d’éclaboussures. Le pain du petit déjeuner n’était pas de première fraîcheur Je pense qu’il y a un réel effort à faire du côté du ménage !!!

Très bien situé MAIS pour mettre les vélos en sécurité au garage on nous a demandé un coût exorbitant de 16€ alors que tous les autres Ibis étaient gratuits pour les vélos. Très déçus.

Decent place to stay
Check in was friendly although one of the receptionists didn't speak very clearly which was challenging as my French is passable but far from fluent. The room was a decent size but the toilet/bathroom was small without a door- just a curtain. We intended to go out for an evening meal but as we were about to leave there was a very, very heavy downpour of rain. Reception saw is and offered us the loan of an umbrella which was really nice of them but we decided we didn't want to go out in the rain so we had a snack in the restaurant. The waiter was very friendly, efficient and helpful. We were tied after a long drive so were quite happy to stay in really but a cheerful waiter was really welcome. We went into the city centre the following morning and the hotel is really well situated for the central Square of Montpellier (Place de la Comedie). Finding the hotel when digging into Montpellier was a nightmare though because of road closures and the one way system and this would put me off returning unless traveling by train. Be warned if driving though that you need an emissions certificate from the City authorities which you need to have planned before you start your journey. You can't register online and be covered as you need to allow time for the physical certificate to arrive. If traveling from another country, this could take days off even weeks and you're liable for a €68 fine if you're spotted.

L'hotel Ibis était indiqué comme complet et pourtant, j'ai trouvé une chambre disponible via le site Hotels,com. J'ai très souvent dormi dans des chambres Ibis et n'avais jamais été déçue jusqu'à cette fois. À croire qu'il y a un lot de chambres réservées pour les sites tels que Hotels.com : proches de l'ascenseur, odeur désagréable dès l'entrée de la chambre, système de climatisation bruyante et... propreté de la douche à revoir (joints noirs) Bref... je suis trés déçue de ce séjour

Hôtel bien situé en centre ville. Dommage que les voisins eut été si bruyants dans les couloirs jusqu’à 5h du matin. Établissement bien entretenu, par contre, la chambre standard est vraiment petite.
