Bonsoir, Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez eu une mauvaise expérience ! Montpellier est en effet une ville compliquée en termes de circulation et nous comprenons qu'elle puisse paraître rude ! Cependant la réservation ayant été réservée et non annulée avant 24h à l'avance nous n'avions pas d'autre choix étant donné que la chambre ne pouvait pas être remise en vente pour la nuitée !Nous aurions vraiment aimé faire les choses différemment...Nous espérons toujours vous accueillir un jour et vous faire vivre une meilleure expérience. Regarding the room you booked, it is a single room of 12 square meters, it is made for one person, and it is the cheapest room in the hotel. For the boulangerie, it comes to us as a shock as we've never received a negative comment about the quality of our bread and pastries. Also, we have 2 boulangeries so it can't be possible that both are at fault here as taste is subjective to each person.
