Disappointing

A slightly faded hotel in an area of apartments, and quite difficult to find. A few more signposts towards the end would help. A very friendly welcome by the receptionist, but less so by the evening waiter - it all seemed a bit too much trouble. Brrakfast was better. Ovetall, disappointing for a Brst Western.

Chambre donnant sur le parc absolument parfaite

Excellent hôtel dans lequel je suis venue me reposer avant une lourde intervention. J'y ai trouvé un accueil idéal, discret et très professionnel et j'ai apprécié la propreté, le confort de ma chambre tout comme la proximité de tout ce qui a permis mon séjour très agréable.

A mon arrivée, pas de place pour se garer. Parking de l'hôtel hauteur limitée à1.70m, et avec un van pas possible de se garer dedans. Obligé d'aller se garer sur un parking extérieur. L'hôtel est peu visible de la rue et la terrasse donne sur les immeubles juste en face. Heureusement que j'ai pris une chambre donnant sur le parc de l'autre côté. L'état général ne corerespond pas à l'image des Best Western, il aurait besoin d'un coup de jeune. Pas d'endroit à la réception où se poser. Je pense avoir fait le tour. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Confortable, bon matelas. Juste la paroi de douche laisse passer une quantité phenomenale d'eau sur le carrelage ce qui rend l'utilisation des wc un peu inconfortable. Heureusement plusieur serviettes de sol sont fournies.

Un week-end calme et reposant comme on avait besoin ! L'hôtel est super bien placé, très propre, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très sympa, proche de plein de restos tous autant délicieux les uns que les autres, petite balade très sympa à faire à pied le long de l'étang, visite du jardin antique, pas loin de Sète et d'autres villes qui valent le détour, on valide et on reviendra !!!!
