"The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. "

"This house really is a hidden gem. The property is very spacious and set amongst beautiful grounds full of olive trees with stunning panoramic views. There is plenty of outdoor space and ping pong and table football and a BBQ. "We were contacted with clear instructions on how to access the room and where to park. The room was clean and comfortable, and located in the cool historic area of the town. The hostess was very helpful with making dinner and activity recommendations and helping with any questions. Breakfast was in a lovely space and had several options. Easy check out. All in all an excellent experience, highly recommend."

"Gorgeous resort off the beaten path- felt like a slice of heaven- room was modern, comfortable- stayed on the nonpremium side of resort, but was beautiful with elevator down to private beach with assigned chairs- sea was so lovely. Felt like an amazing way to start our trip in Puglia. Restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner- breathtaking views- staff were so nice. Thank you!"

"The accommodation and meals are excellent. The included breakfast had many many options, except hot options, like eggs or sausage or bacon included on the buffet. That said, there were many many Italian breakfast options. The rooms were efficient and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The site lines to the valley are second to none, a commanding view over the sea, and this view is enjoyed greatly during the breakfast. There is some walking to be done to get to the seaside. Walking back up would be a challenge with people with mobility issues or have physical challenges. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if you are looking for a change, but it is a more significant hike to get into town to take advantage of restaurants and retail stores. This hotel option is an excellent choice if you’re staying in this area."
