"This was my first solo trip to Italy and my first to Vieste. Matteo and everyone at the hotel were very kind and nothing was too much trouble, said to give them a call if I needed any help, anytime. Location of the hotel was fantastic, right at the beach and a gentle stroll to town, such a lovely place, definitely must go again!"

"Good points: location on the harbour; friendly and helpful cleaning lady who brought freshly baked croissants. Not so good: this is not a hotel - it is a ( small) room - there is no reception, just a WhatsApp we were assured would respond quickly - we requested a blanket as the room was cold at night and heard nothing back. As for freshly cooked breakfast - you left out tick list of options and a tray was brought to your room - shout out for the croissants but everything else very uninspiring....

"Great place to stay in Vivo del Garnano. Great view from the room and Matteo is a great host. He provided us with valuable information on the main attractions around our stay. The room is clean and modernly decorated with a small fridge and enough space to store your stuff. We enjoyed contemplating the stars in the terrace by night in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. "We had a nice stay here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is a little dated--right out of the 70s--but generally clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. Our room, like the hotel, was a little dated but fine overall, and had a small balcony. The included buffet breakfast was ample and good. "The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. "
