Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with flowers and trees. 800 m long bumpy, steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 3 km, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Follonica" 40 km, bathing lake "Accesa" 30 km. Riding stable 3 km, walking paths from the house 10 m.
